The localization of the second Soldam game has a release date. Soldam: Drop, Connect, Erase will come to North America on October 10, 2017. It will be available both digitally in the eShop and physically. A European release date has yet to be announced.

Soldam: Drop, Connect, Erase is a puzzle game with a bit in common with Othello. You drop colored orbs and attempt to change the color of the pieces by placing different colored ones on either side of ones of another color. There is an Easy Mode, which allows people to practice, a 200-level Soldam Mode, which lets you unlock Plumis by matching, a 50-level Challenge Mode where you have to complete set objectives with certain pieces in a specific number of moves, and a Showdown Mode with two player offline and online multiplayer.

Soldam: Drop, Connect, Erase first appeared on the Nintendo Switch eShop in Japan on March 3, 2017. It received additional support for seven different languages, one of them being English, in April 2017.
