Need for Speed Payback Trailer Shows Us Its Open-World Vegas-Like Setting Fortune Valley

EA and developer Ghost Games shared a new trailer for Need for Speed Payback. The trailer shares a look at the open-world racing game’s setting, Fortune Valley.

In the corrupt gamblers paradise, each region is filled to the brim with events, activities, and collectables. Cruise through the glamour and grit of Silver Rock or drift up and down the mountain switchbacks of Mount Providence. Tear up terrain in the arid badlands of Liberty Desert, or carve your way through the deep gorges of Silver Canyon as you lose yourself in your own driving adventure.

Show off your skills by conquering the infamous Street Leagues, find Derelicts and take your car from scrap to stock to super car, or focus on tuning up and customizing your own dream ride – there’s something for everyone in the biggest open-world Need for Speed has ever had.

Here’s a look at the open-world map:

The smell of burnt rubber lingers through the city streets, a remnant of the activities that were carried out during the early hours of the morning. But the darkness of night now gives way to the light of day as the city of Silver Rock begins to spark into life as the sun breaks across the entire Fortune Valley region. Head out into Liberty Desert, traverse the mountain roads of Mount Providence or simply park up and admire the sunset from Silver Canyon. Fortune Valley has it all.

Need for Speed Payback releases on November 10, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
