Marvelous shared a new prologue trailer for Senran Kagura: Burst Re:Newal that tells us about the origins of Hanzo and Hebijo academies along with a look at some gameplay featuring Asuka and Homura.

 

First is the “Hanzo National Academy Volume” prologue trailer, which starts with a look at some gameplay featuring Asuka, followed by an overview of Hanzo National Academy, which was first founded in 1919 and boasts over a thousand students.

 

The second prologue trailer is for Hebijo Clandestine Girls’ Academy, starting with a look at some gameplay featuring Homura and an overview of the evil ninja-affiliated school.

 

Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal releases in Japan on February 22, 2018 for PlayStation 4. Producer Kenichiro Takaki recently talked about more DLC characters that have yet to be announced.
