Final Fantasy XIV Online announced a new smartphone app called Final Fantasy XIV Online GO today, that lets players harvest nodes to gain materials based on real life locations.
The game also has a Harvesting Stick accessory that can turn the attached phone into various tools to harvest materials with a higher success rate. The Harvesting Stick also turns your phone into a fishing accessory.
Final Fantasy XIV Online GO will probably never exist, but Final Fantasy XIV is available on PlayStation 4 and PC.
