When people go through Detroit: Become Human, they will be able to follow in the footsteps of an investigator named Connor, a caretaker on the run named Kara and a revolutionary leader named Markus. To help drive home how different these individuals are, three composers were brought in, so one could create music appropriate for each character. To show how this works out, Sony has updated the PlayStation Blog with a Behind the Music video and samples of each android’s theme.
Connor’s composer is Nima Fakhrara. He worked on 1979 Revolution: Black Friday, Resident Evil Revelations 2 with Kohta Suzuki and Ichiro Komoto and The Signal.
Kara’s composer is Philip Sheppard. Most recently, he composed Chosen, the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer and Meru.
Markus’ composer is John Paesano. He was the composer for The Maze Runner movie trilogy, the Daredevil Netflix series and Netflix’s The Defenders miniseries.
As a reminder, a pre-order promotion is in effect for Detroit: Become Human that gives people a digital copy of the soundtrack and dynamic PlayStation 4 home theme if they pre-order through retailers like Amazon or they buy the PlayStation Store’s Digital Deluxe Edition.
Detroit: Become Human will come to the PlayStation 4 on May 25, 2018.
