We recently learned about some of the new content that is headed to SaGa: Scarlet Grace’s updated version on PS4, Switch and PC. Here’s a new trailer along with a mention on the PS Vita update.

As previously detailed, the updated version of the RPG, titled SaGa Scarlet Grace: Scarlet Ambition in Japan, will add three new characters with Camellia, Savitt, and Poet. The four main characters in Urpina, Leonardo, Thalia, and Balmante will also come with new voices.

Speaking with Dengeki PlayStation, series creator Akitoshi Kawazu was asked if there are any plans to update the PS Vita version of the game and he responded with the following:

“We’re designing [SaGa Scarlet Grace: Scarlet Ambition] for new platforms, so moving it to the PS Vita is difficult. First we’ll expand on consoles and smartphones and from there we’ll consider if there’s anything we can do on PS Vita.”

In addition to the new voices, the game comes with improved graphics, a party composition function, new story elements written by creator Akitoshi Kawazu, new battle content for advanced players, loading time reduction, movement speed increase, and plenty of other extra options such as being able to change enemy power.
