Warriors Orochi 4 Releases For PS4 And Switch In 2018, To Feature 170 Playable Characters

Koei Tecmo revealed in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine that Warriors Orochi 4 is being developed for PS4 and Switch with an expected release window of 2018. It’ll also have a bunch of playable characters.

To give you an idea what we mean about “a bunch” of playable characters, Koei Tecmo says it’ll be 170, making it the most we’ve seen from the series thus far. In addition to brand-new characters, there will be new ways to fight with the “Thaumaturgy” system that is detailed in the magazine.

 

Warriors Orochi 4 releases in Japan in 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game will also release in the West.
