The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV is bringing back basically every major character. The latest characters to return are several other characters from the old Class VII. (Thanks, 4Gamer!)

Laura S. Arseid (CV: Mariya Ise)
Laura is a former Class VII member who is studying the way of the sword. After graduating from Thors Military Academy, she studied with her father for a year and a half, reaching an instructor-level of skill.
Jusis Alberea (CV: Shinnosuke Tachibana)
The second son of the Alberea Dukedom, one of the Four Great Houses. He became the Acting Lord of the Kreuzen Province after his older brother became the Governor-General of the Crossbell Province in the aftermath of the Civil War.
Gaius Worzel (CV: Yoshimasa Hosoya)
A former Class VII member and nomad from the Nord Highlands. After graduating, he receives the 8th Stigma from Barkhorn and becomes a knight of the Septian Church.
Thomas Lysander (CV: Kohei Matsumoto)
The second Gralsritter Dominion Knight, who originally went undercover as the history and literature instructor at Thors Military Academy.
Rufus Alberea (CV: Daisuke Hirakawa)
The eldest son of the Alberea Dukedom and a key member of the Ironbloods. He became the first Governor-General of the Crossbell Province after the Civil War.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV will be released in Japan in Fall 2018 for the PlayStation 4.
