Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Are Getting An Ultra Spooky Competition Starting October 26

The Pokémon Company announced that the newest Online Competition for Pokémon Sun & Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, is a Halloween-themed event called Ultra Spooky Cup, and it’ll focus on al the spooky Pokémon out there.

The catch this time is that only the spookiest and creepiest Pokémon will be able to participate, such as the Ghost types (like Palossand), Pokémon with “sinister visage” (such as Midnight Form Lycanroc), and even Pokémon such as Pikachu and Eevee that are known to wear costumes for special occasions.

 

All qualified participants will receive a Shiny Mimikyu and will need to complete at least three battles to qualify. Sign ups will go live starting October 18 through October 25, and the competition takes place from October 26 through October 28.

 

Pokémon Sun & Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon are available on Nintendo 3DS.
