Bushiroad announced Cardfight!! Vanguard Zero as the card game franchise’s latest title for smartphones back in March with a Winter 2018 release window, but it has now been delayed to 2019.
The company deeply apologizes to those who were looking forward to the game and to those who it may have inconvenienced. The reason for the delay was to improve on the game’s overall quality, visuals, cardfights, My Room function, and more.
Bushiroad felt that the game was insufficient at its current state and reluctantly decided that it would need to be delayed in order to deliver a higher quality game.
More information on its development status and proper release date will be announced later through the game’s official website and Twitter account.
Cardfight!! Vanguard Zero releases in 2019 for iOS and Android. An English release has already been confirmed.
