Mortal Kombat XI Announced For PS4, Xbox One, Switch, And PC; Launches April 23, 2019

Mortal Kombat series creator Ed Boon made an appearance during The Game Awards 2018 to officially announce Mortal Kombat XI as the latest entry of the fighting game series, coming this April.

 

Here’s its official announcement trailer:

The all new Custom Character Variations give you unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own. The new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it. And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat’s best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.

 

Mortal Kombat XI releases on April 23, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Those who pre-order get Shao Kahn and beta access. Pre-orders go live tomorrow.
