If you've played any of the Taiko no
Tatsujin games you probably know what to expect with Donkey Konga.
Donkey Konga isn't your standard Donkey Kong game, instead it was
developed by Namco's Taiko no Tatsujin team and made it a rhythm
style drum game. The game even comes packaged with its own set of
bongo drums!
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Even though this bears the Final Fantasy name, this game is more
synonymous with the Mana series. Final Fantasy: CC features a four
player mode that uses GBA connectivity in an interesting way. Each
player has different information on their GBA screen and only by
working together they can beat the game. There's also a single
player mode where you can level up your character. For all of you
Final Fantasy buffs all of the standard Final Fantasy mythos are
there, even Moogles.
Made in Wario
Nintendo released WarioWare Inc.: Mega MicroGame$
for the GBA, which is a compilation of short mini games. This
innovative game was ported over into a Gamecube version. While the
games are the same and the graphics are the same as the GBA version,
this game features 4 player support and is considered a budget title
in Japan.
Pokemon: Coliseum
Perhaps one of the
most eagerly awaited games for kids, Pokemon Coliseum for the
Gamecube is a much better version of Pokemon Coliseum for N64. The
game allows you to battle your hard trained Pokemon from the GBA
games in the Gamecube version through GBA connectivity. You can even
battle a friend or bring two more friends and have a 2 on 2 battle.
This version of Pokemon Coliseum will also work with the upcoming
Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green versions of the game.
Phantasy Star Online 3: C.A.R.D Revolution
Phantasy Star Online 3 isn't the same as Phantasy Star Online 1&2.
Instead of running around the 3D would of Ragol, you're given a deck
of cards which you use to battle other people. The game plays out
similar to Yu Gi Oh, and you can play with other people online. If
you don't have a Broadband Adapter you can play this offline too.
