Ahead of Genshin Impact updates, leaks and characters’ voice lines often reveal details about new characters. One of them is Heizou Shikanoin. Now, HoYoVerse officially revealed his art and details about the Tenryou Commission member. The colors used also confirm Heizou will be an Anemo character in Genshin Impact.
The first Genshin Impact tweet revealing the new character offered his “title” and “role.” He’s referred to as Analytical Harmony. When Ayaka talked about him in a voice line in-game, she mentioned he works for the Tenryou Commission. This is the same group Sara belongs to. His art also clarifies that he is a detective there.
The second part of the Genshin Impact Heizou reveal involved the other Kamisato sibling’s thoughts on him. Ayato praised his free spirit and intelligence.

This is the third new Genshin Impact character to be teased ahead of the 2.7 update debut. The first two were the five-star Hydro archer Yelan and four-star Electro sword-user Shinobu. HoYoVerse didn’t announce if Heizou will be a four-star or five-star unit in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. It will also come to the Nintendo Switch.
