While no games have officially been announced for Project Shield specifically, developers like Ubisoft and Epic have voiced their approval of the device.

Ubisoft released play footage of Assassin’s Creed III at E3 this week.

Ubisoft are preparing eight games for the Wii U launch, including Assassin’s Creed 3, Just Dance 4, and a new I.P. titled ZombiU.

A new trailer for Assassin’s Creed III shows Connor taking out enemies among the trees, as well as in more urban areas. He also faces off against an angry bear.

As reported by leaks last week, Assassin’s Creed 3 takes place during the American Revolution.
