Sony Ain’t Afraid of No Ghosts

Sony is now publishing the Ghostbusters game instead of Atari in Europe. The PS3 and PS2 versions of the game will ship on June 19 alongside the Blu-ray release of the movie as planned. A PSP version is now also in development scheduled to ship in autumn 2009.

Talk about leveling up. According to his keynote at the Los Angeles Game Conference 2009, Atari founder Nolan Bushnell launched the company with only $250 in capital. This was in 1972. Five years later, they sold the company to Warner Bros. for $28 million dollars.
