Prior to the purchase, Tecmo Koei (more specifically Koei) have been working with Gust for years as their game distributor. The relationship between Gust and Koei extended overseas where Tecmo Koei distributes Gust’s games in North America and Europe.

Atelier Meruru is headed to the U.S. and Europe in 2012.

Gust are asking Japanese fans to vote for five characters to be turned into life-sized towels.

Gust is using Sony’s PlayView technology, the same thing Capcom used for their Monster Hunter Freedom Unite guide, to create an Atelier Meruru digital book of character illustrations.
