A magazine ad in Dengeki PlayStation with a girl who looks like Rorona, but older says yes.
NIS America confirmed they are working on Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman 2 for PSP and Atelier Rorona for PlayStation 3. Both games are slated for release in 2010.
While talking about the European version of Badman, NIS Europe subtly announced Atelier Rorona.
Would you trust a PlayStation 3 character to tutor you in science? Gust thinks so because they are teaming up with Kotobukiya to make an Atelier Rorona theme science study guide. No, we’re not kidding about this either.
Rorona isn’t a brazen heroine. She’s shy and unsure about her role as the alchemist of Arland. Actually, Rorona is more interested in baking pies than transmuting things for the king.
Nothing official yet, but you probably wont have to import Atelier Rorona. During E3 we heard Gust’s first PlayStation 3 game is being looked at.
Many Gust developed games have animated cutscenes. Atelier Roronoa is no exception. This trailer shows a hand drawn Roronoa mixing chemicals in a cauldron before flashing battle scenes.

More about Atelier Rorona came out of this week’s issue of Famitsu. The biggest surprise being Atelier Rorona has 3D graphics. Gust, the developers of titles like Atelier Iris and Ar Tonelico, stuck with sprites and talking heads for facial expressions throughout the PS2′s lifecycle.
