Sega released new details about Project K in this week’s issue of Famitsu. First, we have the game’s official name and yes it’s a Yakuza title.

Project K, a new spinoff in Sega’s Yakuza series, has a new hero. Tatsuya is fresh out of juvenile hall after knocking the lights out of a student in his high school.

The next Yakuza is going portable.

At a Yakuza 4 press conference Toshihiro Nagoshi, Producer of the Yakuza series, took the stage and unveiled a trailer for Project K.
