Arc System Works already released BlazBlue: Continuum Shift for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. So, will you be able to upgrade? The answer from BlazBlue series producer Toshimichi Mori is no.
“Yes, we are planning downloadable content,” series producer Toshimichi Mori confirmed to Siliconera in an interview.
Arc System Works are also developing BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version, which the publisher confirmed today will also be available on December 17.
Relius, Valkenhayn, Makoto, and Platinum the Trinity will have scenarios in this version of the game. On top of those, Mori said in an interview with Siliconera there will be four additional silly scenarios for players to fight through too.
Disgaea 3, Shinobido 2, BlazBlue, Dynasty Warriors and Uncharted will be highlighting the PlayStation Vita launch in Japan.
Arc System Works is bringing BlazBlue: Continuum Shift back on the market with an enhanced re-release.
Unlimited Mars Mode from the arcade version has also been added to BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend. Select this and you’ll fight ten stages of CPU controlled unlimited characters.
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend is planned for a winter release. Arc System Works released a trailer for the PlayStation Vita game today.
This version includes Relius Clover and all of the downloadable characters from the console version, which brings the roster up to 19 characters.
The PlayStation Vita version will have new scenarios and characters. Relius Clover who is being tested in select arcades is confirmed for Extend along with his wife Ignis Clover.
