Square Enix is waist deep in Western games, but some of these games are too “extreme” in the violence department. The solution? Square Enix Extreme Edges.
Starting this year, all Nintendo games rated CERO C and up (that’s 15+) will be packaged with black boxes.
All of the gore in No More Heroes was censored when Marvelous released it in Japan. The HD port, No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise, restores the carnage, but only on the Xbox 360.
Madworld will be the first 18 and up CERO Z game on the Wii and the third game with that rating to appear on a Nintendo console. Check out the Japanese version and see if you notice any changes.
