New trailer shows Catoblepas, Spriggan, Huoniao, and Rukh from Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey wandered over to Devil Survivor Overclocked.
Battles in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked are scored and after you beat the game those points can be used to unlock survivor awards. These aren’t trophies, survivor awards effect the game in various ways.
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked has new demons bringing the total to over 150. Atlus Japan gave us a preview of some of them at the 1:30 mark of this trailer.
Atlus clarified the news about multiple difficulty levels in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked. Players can start the game in easy mode, which was designed for strategy RPG newcomers.
While the original game only had one save file (two if you count the autosave slot), Devil Survivor Overclocked has multiple save files and different difficulty levels.

And, perhaps, more importantly hear more voiceovers from the Nintendo 3DS version.
Atlus USA already shared a teaser of the Nintendo 3DS version with English voiceovers. Now hear the game in Japanese.
Atlus USA has Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked slated for release on August 23. Japan won’t get the Nintendo 3DS version until September 1, according to Famitsu.
Overclocked got a Teen rating just like the original DS game, but for fun, we dug up the older game’s rating to compare the two.
And it turns out that Devil Survivor Overclocked’s delay wasn’t too bad.
Looks like Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked went into overtime for development.
In his opinion, Devil Survivor feels just right because one map takes roughly 15 minutes to complete. He defeated the last boss and the secret boss, which Yasuda said is “absolutely unreasonable.” He cleared the fight by using quick saves.
