Sweet and Play-Asia has DoDonPachi Saidaioujou for $73.90. AmiAmi is still taking preorders for the super limited edition.

Cave usually adds extra content to their arcade ports and DoDonPachi Saidaioujou has an Xbox 360 exclusive character named Saya who carries a stuffed teddy bear and a pink bunny.

DoDonPachi Saidaioujou is on its way to consoles and the Xbox 360 version has an anime opening. The song in the background is “Stardust Void” from Aya Hirano who also sang the opening theme for The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Cave is bringing DoDonPachi Saidaioujou to Xbox 360 and this version has a brand new mode. Xbox 360 mode adds Saya, Element Doll Z-002, who has Teddy and Bunny with her.

Cave is bringing Dodonpachi Saidaioujou to Xbox 360. The upcoming game has HD mode with enhanced graphics. Check out a comparison with the arcade version on the left and HD graphics on the right.

Cave is adding new content for the home version of DoDonPachi Saidaioujou. The Xbox 360 version has an opening movie with a theme song sung by Aya Hirano.

“Besides Rising Star, we are talking with another publisher who’s goal is to release Dodonpachi Saidaioujou for Xbox 360 on the same date in Japan and outside of Japan.”

DoDonPachi Saidaioujou will be upgraded with high resolution graphics, novice mode, an arrange mode made for the Xbox 360 release, and a new character named Element Doll ExtraD.

New to this Dodonpachi title is a “Dress System,” by which you can dress up your three playable female characters.
