But, only Europe gets a limited edition / art book bundle.
Oh, so that’s the goal of NTL’s Dragon Ball MMO.
Taking a step back from Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast uses the tried and true Budokai Tenkaichi system developed by Spike.
My interview with Makoto Iwai started with their collaborative efforts in Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny. Both titles are key franchises, which also have added elements designed to make them more appealing in the West.
This isn’t just *another* Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo movie. This trailer pretty much summarizes the game. Watch it to see some boss fights, the two player battle mode, scenes from five stages, and a little remote shaking action.
I understand if you’re burnt out on Dragon Ball games. Dragon Ball games are like the Madden of anime games, but give Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo a chance.
Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo was at E3 and I played the 2.5D Dragon Ball platformer. The level I tried was a boss fight against a pudgy pink fellow.
Namco Bandai Games Europe just confirmed all of the Dragon Ball games we’ve been mentioning here are heading to Europe in the fall. If you have a console there’s a Dragon Ball game waiting for you.
There are so… many… Dragonball games these days. Most of them are fighting games, but every once in awhile Namco Bandai creates something refreshing with the license like Dragonball: Tenkaichi Daibouken.
Every Dragon Ball game gets an international release these days. The recently announced Dragon Ball: Raging Blast won’t be an exception to the rule.
Dragon Ball Kai: Invasion of the Saiyans follows the Saiyan saga arc and also has an original story. Somewhere, somehow dinosaurs fit into the picture. You pummel them with Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Yamcha, Tien, and Krillin.
For Dragonball Z’s 20th anniversary Toei is remastering the series and cutting the fat to make Dragon Ball Kai. The anime will air in Japan on April 5. Namco Bandai quick to capitalize on the situation bumped Dragonball Kai: Saiyan Raishuu from a late May release to April 29. Unlike other Dragonball games this [...]
Saw Dragonball Evolution yesterday. As expected, it’s nothing like Dragonball. With only a few fight scenes the question in my mind after “why did I go to a theater to watch this” is how is the Dragonball Evolution fighting game going to work? Namco Bandai hasn’t said much about it, but one screenshot has [...]
Tired of Dragonball fighting games, but still have a soft spot for Goku? Namco Bandai is reaching outside the obvious genre for Dragonball with games like Dragonball: Origins and Dragonball Z: Story Saiyan Raishuu. This upcoming Nintendo DS game is a Dragonball Z RPG with sprite based characters and powerful sparking attacks. Heroes stand [...]
It’s still strange to see actors portray Goku, Bulma, and Piccollo in Fox’s live action Dragonball movie. Namco Bandai’s Dragonball Evolution game bases the character models off their human counterparts in fights. During cutscenes they look a tiny bit different. Namco Bandai stylized Justin Chatwin with a pencil sketch filter to make him look more [...]
Wondering what Namco Bandai’s Dragonball movie game looks like? Wonder no more! The first batch of screenshots from Dragonball: Evolution shows us what Master Roshi looks like. He isn’t cel-shaded. He looks nothing like the anime. He’s really Chow Yun-Fat. Dragonball: Evolution stuck with the look of the movie giving us low resolution polygon models [...]
