Emperors SaGa turns players into a emperor who has to save the world from an unprecedented crisis. The game has a card battle system that defies common logic and artwork from Tomomi Kobayashi.
The next game in the series will be released almost a decade after Unlimited Saga. Square Enix has Emperors SaGa for GREE slated for a summer 2012 release.
A couple of interesting trademarks registered to Square Enix popped up in the Japanese trademark database. We’ll start with Emperors Saga, which I suppose could be a new entry in the SaGa series.
