Arriving fashionably late, compared to Japan and Europe, Final Fantasy IX will be on PlayStation Network next Tuesday.
On April 1, Square Enix announced, over Twitter, Final Fantasy IX would be re-released on PlayStation Network. Today, it’s on the PlayStation Store.
Following the May 20th release date for Japan, Square Enix confirmed Final Fantasy IX is coming to PlayStation Network in North America too.
Final Fantasy IX’s test play passed, which means its almost ready for PlayStation Network.
Resident Square Enix tweeter and producer Shinji Hashimoto hopped on Twitter to make a small announcement.
Square Enix’s Twitter account confirmed Final Fantasy IX, the last of the original, numbered PsOne Final Fantasy games will be available as a digital download in the future.
