A prequel to Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, will be included in Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem – Hero of Light and Shadow.
You can toggle permadeath in Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem – Hero of Light and Shadow by choosing your play mode.
