Nintendo’s portable Mii playground, Tomodachi Collection, came out in Japan today and not much is known about it. Thanks to a demo on Japan’s Nintendo channel I got to try the game out.

With only a few weeks until Tomodachi Collection comes out in Japan Nintendo started spilling details. On the surface the DS game feels like a mix of The Sims and Animal Crossing.

All we know about Nintendo’s elusive Tomodachi Collection (Friend Connection) is Nintendo executives and figureheads make appearances in the DS game. Since it’s coming out on June 18 it’s about time Nintendo or someone else leaks information about it.
