Square Enix is all aboard Sony’s PSP digital comics plan. They plan to release four of their manga series on the PlayStation Store this December.
Namco Bandai’s upcoming Fullmetal Alchemist game for PSP is different from Racjin’s action RPGs and the recent Wii title, which is more like a visual novel. Fullmetal Alchemist: Senka wo Takuseshi Mono is a two on two fighting game.
Namco Bandai is trickling out media for Fullmetal Alchemist: Senka wo Takuseshi Mono. This short teaser clip demonstrates the team battle fighting system and reveals Scar as a playable character.
And no, this isn’t a port of Fullmetal Alchemist and the Broken Angel. A brand new Fullmetal Alchemist title is coming to PSP on October 15.
A quick update about Fullmetal Alchemist: Prince of Dawn, it’s coming out on August 13 in Japan. Square Enix sent out a press release announcing the release date and not much else.
If you were expecting an alchemic action game prepare to be disappointed. Fullmetal Alchemist: The Prince of Dawn, which comes out in Japan this summer, doesn’t have Edward Elric transmuting junk to machine guns. As an adventure game it an original story written by Final Fantasy XIII director, Motomu Toriyama, and a fair amount of [...]
A Fullmetal Alchemist game is coming to the Wii. Unlike the other Fullmetal Alchemist games from Square Enix this doesn’t look like an alchemic beat ‘em up. Fullmetal Alchemist: Prince of Dawn is being billed as an “adventure / anime” game that captures your senses. Players us commands like talk, look, and touch to interact [...]
A new season of Fullmetal Alchemist airs in Japan this April and a Wii game is already in the cards. A scan from this week’s issue of Famitsu reveals the game, but the teeny tiny text doesn’t offer much in details. Well, Edward is in the game, but I bet anyone could have guessed that! [...]
I’m not sure what is going on with the Fullmetal Alchemist: Trading Card Game, but it’s been delayed multiple times. Some retail sites have the date set for October 15, 2007, but Nintendo’s new retail list does not confirm this. Destineer’s game isn’t even on the massive list! This could be an oversight or an [...]
Full disclosure: I’m not familiar with the Fullmetal Alchemist: Trading Card Game at all. So I spent my brief play session with the DS version toying with the cards on the touchscreen. I was playing as Edward Elric and the opponent was Majhal. In my hand I had an Alphonse card, an Eyepatch and Winry. [...]
Destineer's Fullmetal Alchemist Trading Card Game for the Nintendo DS deserves a little more attention than it's getting. Mainly because Fullmetal Alchemist Trading Card Game adds in something other DS trading card games are missing, online play through Nintendo WiFi. Supposedly it is going to come out later this month, but Destineer has been extremely [...]
The first ever American Anime awards were held at New York Comic Con this past weekend and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children won the award for best anime feature. It beat out Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa, Inuyasaha the Movie 4: Fire on Mystic Island, Pokemon Movie 8: Lucario and the Mystery [...]
We talked about how Destineer is bringing over Fullmetal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy to the Nintendo DS and now we have a bunch of English screenshots of the game.
A couple of months back Funimation announced that they were granting Destineer the license to produce Fullmetal Alchemist video games. Destineer is best known for the Close Combat series, but that’s about to change with Fullmetal Alchemist: Dual Sympathy. Unlike the other FMA games, which have been side stories Dual Sympathy covers the entire Fullmetal [...]
