Square Enix producer and twitter addict Shinji Hashimoto has another PlayStation Classics announcement for Japan.
After Final Fantasy IX, the next downloadable PsOne games from Square Enix are up to you.
Final Fantasy VII is there. So is Vagrant Story and Xenogears. Threads of Fate isn’t, but a tweet from Square Enix’s Twitter account suggests the publisher is looking into it.
Capcom has another shot of Mega Man for PlayStation 3 and PSP owners in Japan. Next month, the complete works version of Mega Man 3 will join the list of PsOne Classics.
Downloadable versions of League Bowling and Super Sidekicks might not be that exciting. How about Metal Slug and Samurai Shodown instead?
PlayStation Network is one step closer to Virtual Console with support from Hudson’s TurboGrafx games and maybe SNK’s NeoGeo catalog.
Hudson and Sony made a deal to release emulated TurboGrafx-16 games on PlayStation Network. So far, the service is only in Japan and has a total of eleven games.
But, why get that when you can get Neko Samurai (Samurai Cat) instead?
If you have a Japanese PSN account you can download Final Fantasy II. The PsOne remake is available on the PlayStation Store for 800 yen ($9).
