Arc System Works Now Owns The Rights To Guilty Gear [Update]

After Sega and Sammy merged, Guilty Gear became an issue. Arc System Works developed the game, but Sega Sammy Holdings owned the IP. A trademark for Guilty Gear filed by Arc System Works shows the studio reclaimed the rights to the series.
