Compile Heart’s Holy Sorcery Story recently got a major update which fixed several bugs that have been plaguing players.
Anyone want to license a Pokémon Mystery Dungeon-like game for Vita where you play as a girl who delves into dungeons for curry ingredients?
Holy Sorcery Story’s dungeon crawling adventure may be simple and full of strangely cute monsters, but beware, there are many dangers that await!
Just in case you were wondering what kind of monsters would try to stop you from creating legendary curry in Compile Heart’s Holy Sorcery Story, how about super gutsy tofu mobs and cute yet strong meat bun monsters?
Compile Heart’s Holy Sorcery Story is a rogue-like dungeon crawler similar to the Shiren the Wanderer series, but in this PlayStation Vita game you explore dungeons in search of ultimate ingredients for the legendary curry.
Holy Sorcery Story is Compile Heart’s next PlayStation Vita game. It’s different from Monster Monpiece since it’s a roguelike (think Pokémon Mystery Dungeon) and it doesn’t have… copious screen rubbing.
Monster Monpiece, Compile Heart’s first PlayStation Vita title, comes out on Thursday. Holy Sorcery Story is their second Vita game, which sends you into dungeons in search of ingredients to make a delicious curry.
It takes three main ingredients to make magical curry: a main ingredient such as meat and fish, rice, and spices. Depending on the type of curry, players can get different kinds buffs to help them during their dungeon trips.
Compile Heart and Class of Heroes developer ZeroDiv are making a PlayStation Vita game about making a legendary curry. You play as Pupuru in Holy Sorcery Story who goes on an adventure for ingredients to save the neighborhood curry shop.
Similar to the Shiren the Wanderer series, monsters move only after Pupuru does. She levels up after gaining experience, but once she leaves the dungeon her level goes back to 1.
Pupuru of Holy Sorcery Story isn’t venturing dungeons and towers to save the world. She isn’t training to become the greatest sorceress. Pupuru’s goal is to create the legendary magical curry.
Add ZeroDiv, makers of Class of Heroes and Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi, to the PlayStation Vita developer list.
Huh, so Compile Heart has two PlayStation Vita titles in the pipeline. Dengeki PlayStation announced Holy Sorcery Story, which has 7th Dragon artist Mota as the Vita game’s character designer.
