These Video Game Publishers Can Work On PlayStation Home Stuff

As of January 2009, Sony Computer Entertainment handed out 24 licenses for PlayStation Home development. Just because a publisher has a license doesn’t automatically mean they have plans to set up shop and hock virtual items.
