Hey look, an Irem game in the top-ten!
Beginning with Disaster Report 3, Irem has been upping production values for the series to the point that Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories hardly looks like a Disaster Report game.
Irem is bringing their Disaster Report series back to the big screen.
Irem, makers of R-Type and the Disaster Report series, also have a long running pachislot series called Pachinko Paradise, often abbreviated as Pachipara.
Irem has another tactics game for PSP, but this one doesn’t have spaceships. Hototogisu Tairan takes place in the warring states period and borrows elements from trading card games.
Nothing official has been said about the sequel, R-Type Tactics II: Operation Bitter Chocolate, but it appears the game is heading overseas without help from Atlus.
Irem, makers of R-Type and known for elaborate April Fool’s Day pranks, just announced Semifinalist Fantasia is “on hold”.
Bumpy Trot 2 is still in development and Irem are trying to release it “as soon as they can.”
Don’t get too excited. It’s a sequel to their long running pachislot series.
Irem is sort of returning to their roots with a R-Type shooter for PlayStation Home.
Hungry for a R-Type Command sequel? On October 27 Irem is going to serve R-Type Tactics II: Operation Bitter Chocolate to Japanese retailers.
Sikamako, the creator of geek humor videos like Sega Fantasy VI where classic consoles teamed up to fight a PSP Final Fantasy VI style, has a grudge against Spelunker.
So, if you haven’t heard Irem is making another PSP RPG. Narisokonai Epic: Tale of the Sun and Moon comes out on July 23 with a “unique” selection of heroes.
Steambot Chronicles: Battle Tournament begins with a black screen and the hero or heroine waking up. “We’re here,” a sailor shouts. How should I respond? A.) “Huh!? Already?” B.) “I’m not done sleeping yet..” or C.) “No… Not the tentacles…”
Remember Steambot Chronicles? Steambot Chronicles: Battle Tournament scales the PS2 game down to Trotmobile fights. You and Venus, your mechanic, build and battle Trotmobiles aspiring to win a tournament in Orion City. Before you can become king of the Trotmobile ring you need money to upgrade your vehicle and fame. Both are earned by completing [...]
A quirky platforming series starring a robot busting carpenter is smashing its way back into the spotlight. After a construction site crashing, giant mole smacking arcade game and a bunch of only for Japan games Hammerin’ Harry toiled away in pachinko parlors. Irem brought Gen out of retirement for Hammerin’ Hero, a PSP game where [...]
