Square Enix have released a large batch of screenshots for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix, showing off the game’s cast.

Summons aren’t in the magic menu anymore and take up the fourth spot on the command menu. That means selecting Mushu will be easier to do in Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix.

Square Enix released a trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix at Jump Festa this past weekend.

Also, Square Enix added Zero EXP and Combo Master from Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix into Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix. Zero EXP is designed to give players more of a challenge since you can stay through the game at level one

Square Enix announced Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix comes out on March 14, 2013. They also quietly mentioned the PlayStation 3 remastered game has a couple of bonus items.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix has a release date in Japan.

Square Enix will also reveal a brand new Nintendo 3DS game – Gyrozetter: Wings of the Albatross.

Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] co-director Tai Yasue is now working on Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix. Japanese magazine Famitsu met with Yasue to talk about the remastered PlayStation 3 game.

The Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days movie can be selected when you start the game. Nomura also teased fans by saying more directly that it would be unusual if there wasn’t a Kingdom Hearts 2.5.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will use Sora’s model from Kingdom Hearts 3D.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix has two games Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is covered, but only in theater mode.

Famitsu has an interview with Tetsuya Nomura this week and they asked him straight out if a HD version of Kingdom Hearts II would come afterwards. Nomura said to the magazine it would be unusual if it didn’t.
