Coming out of the holidays, sales were down across the board, but Mario Kart and Monster Hunter didn’t care. Meanwhile Namco released another Idolm@ster.

3DS sees its first million-sellers in the U.S.

Famitsu publisher, Enterbrain, report that the Nintendo 3DS crossed the 4 million mark in Japan last week.

Monster Hunter 3G and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim were among last week’s big releases in Japan, and Konami slipped out a magical Magician’s Quest game on DS.

Mario Kart 7 and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. got off to a good start last week.

Enterbrain report that the game also pulled Nintendo 3DS sales up along with it.
