Famitsu publisher, Enterbrain, report that the Nintendo 3DS crossed the 4 million mark in Japan last week.
Monster Hunter 3G and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim were among last week’s big releases in Japan, and Konami slipped out a magical Magician’s Quest game on DS.
Mario Kart 7 and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. got off to a good start last week.
Enterbrain report that the game also pulled Nintendo 3DS sales up along with it.

It isn’t that Mario Kart 7 doesn’t have new features. It has a lot of them. The problem is that it doesn’t necessarily use them in the smartest way possible.
