Ubisoft confirmed to G4TV that they won’t be publishing the high-definition upgrade domestically.
Marvelous Entertainment candidly stated during a financial presentation they lost money on three out of the four Wii titles published in the first half of 2009.
All of the gore in No More Heroes was censored when Marvelous released it in Japan. The HD port, No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise, restores the carnage, but only on the Xbox 360.
In the summer, we broke the news that Marvelous was considering hi-definition ports of their Wii games. No More Heroes will be the first game getting that treatment.
When Ignition announced Deadly Premonition they said it was only for Xbox 360. The ESRB says otherwise.
Remember when Platinum Hits re-releases were $20? Now they’re $30 which means Deadly Premonition will be cheaper than a reprint of Street Fighter IV when it comes out next year.
Ignition and Marvelous are partnering again to publish Deadly Premonition. The game puts you in the role of a FBI agent investigating a grisly murder in a small town where supernatural creatures lurk.
Not the kind of thing you would usually see together, but in the world of Ikki Tousen or Battle Vixens anything can happen.
On December 9, Marvelous will release Luminous Arc 3: Eyes which focuses on fairies instead of witches. A war between the fairies and human wages over eyes.
The information actually comes from Martin Defries, managing director and COO of Rising Star.
