Metal Slug XX is done and almost ready to launch. Microsoft and SNK agreed on a release date, May 19.

Metal Slug XX is finally coming to consoles this spring. Here’s how the game looks on Xbox 360 with a moving border.

Following in the footsteps of Ralf and Clark, SNK is introducing another crossover character from Teak Ikari in Metal Slug XX.

As we reported over the weekend, Atlus is working with SNK. They’re bringing Metal Slug XX to North America on February 23.

According to the ESRB, Atlus is handling the PSP version of Metal Slug XX.

SNK is fueling Xbox Live Arcade with actual arcade games. Next year, NeoGeo Battle Coliseum, The King of Fighters 2002: Ultimate Match, KOF Sky Stage, and Metal Slug XX will be available as downloads.

SNK wouldn’t pass on releasing a Metal Slug game here so it’s not a *huge* surprise to see Metal Slug XX rated by the ESRB.

SNK is developing Metal Slug XX for the PSP and like Metal Slug X it looks like a remix.
