Nintendo have announced worldwide sales figures for Kid Icarus: Uprising, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon and other Nintendo 3DS titles.
New Super Luigi U will be a “large-scale downloadable content” similar in scope to a full game, according to Nintendo president, Satoru Iwata.
Nintendo also provided worldwide sales figures for New Super Mario Bros. U and Nintendo Land.
The week after the holidays is when sales drop across the board, and that’s what happened in Japan last week.
Nintendo’s new Wii U console sold more than 460,000 units in the U.S.
The NPD Group report that there were 29% less SKUs across consoles, portables, and PCs in 2012, and that sales were driven primarily by hits like Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
Fantasy Life, Inazuma Eleven Go 2: Chrono Stone, and Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney showed up to celebrate the holidays in Level 5 style.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf reclaimed the #1 spot on the sales chart, while One Piece Romance Dawn came in at #2. Plus, how much did AKB1/149 Love Election sell?
Level 5 released Inazuma Eleven Go 2: Chrono Stone in Japan last week. How does it compare to its predecessors?
Coin Challenge Pack C and the Platform Panic Pack were shown in a Nintendo Direct presentation this morning. Take a look at them inside.
Challenge pack #8 is all about moving platforms. The first level takes Mario on a haunted roller coaster. Then Mario rides snake blocks and has to defeat the Boomerang brothers.
Iwata delivers the news to Americans via an English mini Nintendo Direct.
Nintendo remade six stages from Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 3 for New Super Mario Bros. 2 and you can get this Coin Rush pack for free.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf crossed the 1 million mark last week, while the Nintendo 3DS XL crossed the PlayStation Vita’s lifetime sales.
