DHM Interactive believes Windy X Windam will sell in Europe. They picked up the rights to Ninja Studio’s fighting game which stars the legendary unemployed ninja, Izuna.
Tactics Layer is, of course, totally in Japanese. However, it’s very import friendly. There’s a smattering of English phrases mixed in and anyone comfortable with strategic RPGs should have no problem playing this DS game.
D3 Publisher’s cosplay strategic RPG is definitely one of the games with the most fanservice, but it offers more than that. I’ve just begun playing the game and Tactics Layer is interesting for quite a few reasons.
