Guess who crawled his way back up the chart during a slow month of sales.
Duke Nukem Forever was the #2 best-selling game in the U.S. last month, following behind L.A. Noire.
The upside to the recorded decline in sales, however, is that the NPD don’t track digital sales, which they note are becoming increasingly more common.
The new Mortal Kombat was the best-selling game in the U.S. in April.
And though it didn’t chart in the top-ten, Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition was the best-selling Nintendo 3DS game.
And Call of Duty: Black Ops is now the best-selling game in history.

Epic Mickey, World of WarCraft: Cataclysm and Michael Jackson: The Experience were amongst December’s best-selling games in the U.S.
Call of Duty: Black Ops is now the 7th best-selling game of all time.

Three different PlayStation Move units made it into the top-ten accessory list for September.
