Sega wasn’t kidding around when they said Outrun Online Arcade would be ready in “early 2009″. By “early 2009″ Sega meant January 2009. A promotional poster from last week’s Asia Game Show leaked the release window.

The OFLC rumor we discovered was right on the money. Sega is working on a new Outrun game and Sumo Digital, the studio that did Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast is behind it. Outrun Online Arcade will arrive as an Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network digital download early next year.
