Crimson Dragon is indeed the final name for developer Grounding’s Project Draco, a Panzer Dragoon-like game for the Kinect.

Panzer Dragoon creator, Yukio Futatsugi, along with many other members of the original development team, is working on Project Draco.

Project Draco is developed by Yukio Futatsugi, creator of Phantom Dust.
