Natsume, the publisher of Harvest Moon in North America, are opening an office in Tokyo, which will expand their development of games for consoles, portables and smartphones.

Yasuhiro Wada’s “Project Happiness” has a new title and a new trailer. The game is now called Hometown Story, and you can take a look at it inside.

We met with Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada to talk about his new game Project Happiness. Oh, I think I forgot to mention Natsume gave us a bag of Harvest Moon plushies to giveaway too…

Natsume revealed the news via their Facebook page.

Toybox CEO Yasuhiro Wada assembled an all-star team for his new game Project Happiness. Nobuo Uematsu is composing music for the title and Pokémon illustrator Atsuko Nishida designed the game’s characters and the Sprite.

This is Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada’s new game.

Toybox’s other title tentatively called Project Happiness will stick with the company’s philosophy of “We are gaming for Love, Peace and Earth.”
