Capcom is putting their recently filed Sengoku Basara trademark to work. They just announced Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes and Ghost Trick as 2010 titles.
Next year Sengoku Basara 3 is going to hit two platforms, the Wii and PlayStation 3. The Sengoku Basara series made its debut on the PlayStation 2 and went multiplatform with Sengoku Basara 2: Heroes.
No, I’m not thinking about Devil Kings, Capcom’s adaptation Sengoku Basara which dropped the Japanese historical ties in favor of demons. I’m talking about the actual Sengoku Basara series.
Interestingly, the report also mentions that Capcom and Nintendo will be cooperating in order to promote sales of Monster Hunter Tri outside of Japan.

The PlayStation 2 will live on in 2009 and beyond, thanks in part to Capcom. This fiscal year Capcom will ship three PS2 games. Down from last year, but more than other Japanese publishers like Square Enix and Sony.
