Sega seems to have crossovers everywhere and other RPG series are finding their way into Phantasy Star Online 2.

Shining Ark has a cameo character from Shining Hearts. Lorna Murasame can join Freed and Panis if you pick up a copy of the game with the angel fan disk.

Sega made two opening movies for Shining Ark, an upcoming PSP role playing game where you play an islander who meets a one-winged angel.

Shining Ark’s battle system will be similar to the Valkyria Chronicles system, which Sega calls a “Turn based Action Command Battle”. Rather than a player and enemy phase, both sides will be part of the mix for an ongoing battle flow.

You can go fishing or tell your robot tend to your garden inside Shining Ark’s town. Shining Ark also has stamp card system were players are rewarded for doing good deeds.

Instead of showing gameplay footage, Sega is promoting Shining Ark in Japan with an illustration of Panis and Fried coming together.

Cruising the seas on the Blue Noah won’t always be smooth sailing in Sega’s upcoming PSP game, Shining Ark, as pirates won’t hesitate to shoot you down or even board your ship.

What game has a one-winged angel, pirates, a canine friend, and a golem island guardian? Shining Ark, of course.

Before we get to Panis, here are two new characters in Shining Ark. Adam, the robot-like guardian of the island, and Kilmaria, an exorcist who believes Panis (the one-winged angel) is a demon.

Sega announced Shining Ark will be available on February 28, 2013 and they put together a sizable incentive to pre-order.

Ever since Panis arrived Nephilim, a colossal monster, attacks the village when the moon glows red. This monster is so huge Freed pokes at its toes.
