Sega announced Shining Ark will be available on February 28, 2013 and they put together a sizable incentive to pre-order.

Sega is continuing the Shining series with Shining Ark, which is coming to PSP this winter. The story is about a boy named Freed who meets an angel-like girl named Panis.

Chaos Rings and Wild ARMs developer Media.Vision is making Shining Ark for PSP. Shining series character designer Tony Taka reprises his role for Shining Ark.

Siliconera discovered a trademark for Shining Ark recently filed by Sega in Japan.
