Spike Chunsoft are porting 2010′s Shiren the Wanderer 4 to the PSP.

The week of Feb 22 – 28 saw the release of several diverse, relatively low-key games. Among the sales victims were Estpolis and BlazBlue Portable. Also included are hardware numbers for the month of February.

At a press conference with pointy Madworld cosplay, Spike announced the release date of Shiren the Wanderer 4.

Shiren has a new moves in Shiren the Wanderer 4 and one of them lets him shoot a powerful pink energy blast.

After a shipwreck, Shiren and his trusty talking weasel, Koppa, find themselves in another pickle. The islanders think they’re monsters and tie them to a stake.

Shiren briefly returned to consoles, but Chunsoft is developing the next core title for the Nintendo DS.
