Sega’s Dreamcast Collection box art is busy with an Xbox 360 stripe on top, a picture of the console, and slides for the four games in the tiny “collection”.

Sega formally announced Dreamcast Collection today, which Gamestop leaked much earlier. With only four games, Collection probably wasn’t the best subtitle choice.

Sega is kicking off their Dreamcast digital download service today with Sonic Adventure.

There have been rumors and rating board leaks hinting at a Dreamcast digital comeback. Today, Sega confirmed the rumors.

It appears the Sonic Adventure digital re-release isn’t only for the Xbox 360. The ESRB re-rated Sonic’s Dreamcast debut as a PlayStation 3 game as well.
