For the insatiable dungeon crawler on the go, Starfish has a port of the first Elminage game for PSP.
Starfish also created a day/night/weather system for their dungeon crawler.
Starfish is developing a new installment in their Wizardry-like dungeon crawling series Elminage.
Way before Wolf Team started work on the Tales series they developed a horror adventure game for PCs called Tokyo Twilight Busters. Starfish grabbed the rights to it and made a Nintendo DS remake.
Starfish’s DS port of Elminage 2 includes the features of the PSP version, and then some.
UFO Interactive is working on Saint, a second shmup for Wii based on the Monkey King legend with art from a Hong Kong comic book. I asked Chong Ahn, Producer, about the partnership and sneaked in a question about Tokyo Twilight Busters.
Wolfteam, known for Sega Genesis games like Arcus Odyssey and Final Zone, made Tokyo Twilight Busters for the NEC PC-98. This fall their adventure game is leaving the platform and heading to the Nintendo DS.
Not much is known about Saint other than its a shooter and based on the Monkey King legend. Starfish delayed the game for over half a year, but it’s finally coming out with a little nod to Space Harrier.
