Sting is about to release a PSP version of Knights in the Nightmare and gaming blog Hachimaki caught up with the team pre-launch.
There are two sides to Hexyz Force, a Sting-developed-Atlus-published RPG for the PSP. Clayton Chan, Project Lead, stopped by to discuss both of them.
In typical Sting fashion, the developer posted the animated intro to one of their PSP games months before it arrives in stores.
Wait, there is a Knights in the Nightmare DX pack? Yes, there is! Atlus and Enterbrain put one together for the PSP port.
Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future is Sting’s next project. Storywise, the PSP game acts as a prequel of sorts to Yggdra Union, but since it’s developed by a different team it’s not a Dept. Heaven title.
This week’s issue of Famitsu blew the lid off Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future which is coming to PSP on May 27.
Sting touted an animated opening movie as one of the key features for their PSP port of Knights in the Nightmare, but you don’t need to wait until April to see it.
Sting is porting Knights in the Nightmare to the PSP and this version has a few extras.
Knights in the Nightmare, which was released as a Nintendo DS game last year, will be a PSP game on April 22. See how Sting’s game looks on both platforms.

Two sets of heroes embark on a journey in Hexyz Force. At the start of the game, you get the opportunity to choose between Cecilia from the world of light or Levant from the world of dark.
Atlus confirmed they’re bringing Hexyz Force in North America. The Sting developed game (think Yggdra Union, Evolution) will be available here on May 25.
Got a chance to play a little bit of Yggdra Unison on the Nintendo DS before it comes out on Thursday and it’s not like Yggdra Union at all.
Sting took Yggdra Unison in a different direction by making this title more like a real time strategy game.
